Our main data entry facility is located in
Pune, India, and is the most cost-effective solution for many companies’
data entry processing needs. Pune is considered the "Oxford
of India" due to the numerous universities in the city and,
for this reason, all the data entry staff are college graduates.
We are equipped with state of the art technology and are staffed
around the clock, 7 days a week. Many times, data entry can be done
in an offline batch mode. Data can then be uploaded to the client’s
site, or if the client has a VPN, we can directly key to the host
computer in the US. All output data is formatted to your specifications
and can be transmitted electronically through high-speed communication
lines, or delivered on magnetic media.

entry, which has a 99.5% accuracy rate, or 1 error out of 200
characters to double entry, which is done by two different operators.
The second operator verifies the data keyed by the first operator.
This accuracy is 99.96%, or 1 error out of 2,500 characters. We
can also provide you with double-double entry. Data is entered
by a total of 3 operators. The accuracy level for this is 99.99%,
or 1 error out of 10,000 characters.
- All our facilities are equipped with two separate power stations
and generators, which have continuous backup of 72 hours.
- We have high-speed Internet connectivity of 512k installed
in our facilities. Higher speeds are also available.
