Incoming Mail Services:

YKS can assist you with all of your mailing needs at our US processing center. These services include receiving, opening, sorting and batching of all your mail. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology of mail opening equipment.

YKS management staff is up-to-date on current US postal regulations. Our mail processing center is located in Louisville, Kentucky, which is centrally located, minimizing ground transportation shipping time and associated costs. Due to our high express volume shipping, we have favorable domestic and overseas shipping rates that our customers can take advantage of.

Scanning and Imaging:

Scanning and imaging tasks are often costly and time consuming for a business, but these internal functions can be outsourced for a fraction of the cost.

YKS provides high quality, professional scanning and imaging services without the hassle of long-term investment in equipment, staff and time required to complete it. We process millions of documents annually.

We offer our clients a wide-variety of scanning options and services:

• Latest technology of high-speed simplex and duplex scanners.
• Scanning material uploaded to an FTP site.
• Scanned documents can be either stored or shredded (a certificate of disposal is provided).
• All documents are scanned and copied to a backup CD and stored in a bank vault.
